Every event is different. Some clients need support from the beginning, while others need help with specific parts of their celebration.
Whether you need full-service planning, day-of coordination, floral design, décor, or venue styling, we will work with you to understand your event and the support you need.
What we do
We help you plan your event from the beginning through to the event day.
This may include helping you organise the details, manage the planning process, coordinate services, and make sure everything comes together for your celebration.
You have planned your event. Now you need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
We help manage the event schedule, venue setup, service providers, and important details so you can be present and enjoy your celebration.
Flowers and décor help bring the look and feel of an event together.
We create floral arrangements using fresh flowers, artificial flowers, or a combination of both, depending on your vision, event, and budget.

The support you need will depend on your event, your priorities, and how much help you would like from us.
Planning and coordination services have their own fee and contract. Décor is discussed, priced, and contracted separately after we understand what you need.
Additional services are also priced according to your event and availability.
Your next steps
We begin with a free 15–20-minute discovery call.
This is a short introduction where we learn a little about you and your event, explain who we are and what RozyJulze Events offers, and see if we may be a good fit for each other.
Either Rosemary or Juliet may conduct the discovery call.
Detailed planning and design ideas are not discussed during this call.
If you would like to continue, the next step is a one-hour event planning consultation for $75.
During the consultation, we will discuss your event, what you want, your priorities, your budget, and the support you need.
The $75 consultation fee is non-refundable.
If you book RozyJulze Events for planning and coordination services, the $75 will be deducted from your planning and coordination service fee.
After the consultation, we will explain the services we can provide and the next steps for booking.
Detailed plans, décor concepts, and design ideas will be developed and shared after the appropriate contract is signed and the required deposit is paid.
Décor services will be discussed, priced, and contracted separately based on what your event requires.
