When you use our written enquiry form, you may share:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
• Event details such as the event type, date, location, venue, guest estimate, services needed, vision, style, budget, and how you heard about us.
• Your separate choice about receiving occasional updates from RozyJulze Events.

When you speak with Helen, you may share your questions, conversation content, contact details, and event enquiry information.

How We Use the Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Answer questions about RozyJulze Events and our services.
• Receive, review, and respond to event enquiries.
• Contact you about availability, next steps, and services you request.
• Plan or provide services if you choose to work with us.
• Operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website and Helen.
• Send occasional updates only if you choose to receive them.

Speaking with Helen

Helen is the RozyJulze Events AI virtual concierge. OpenAI processes the conversation in real time so Helen can answer questions and help with event enquiries.

Your microphone does not start until you accept the notice, press Start talking, and allow microphone access in your browser. If you choose to share enquiry details, Helen recaps them and asks for your permission before sending them to the RozyJulze Events team. You can use the written enquiry form instead of Helen.

Service Providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf to run the website and deliver enquiries:

• OpenAI powers Helen's AI processing and provides website services.
• Resend delivers enquiry emails.
• Google/Gmail receives and stores enquiries in our business mailbox.

These providers process information to supply their services. They are not our affiliates, and their own privacy terms also apply to their services.

We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We do not sell personal information or share it for unrelated third-party advertising. We may disclose information when reasonably needed to provide requested services, comply with the law, or protect rights, safety, and security.

Optional Marketing

Choosing to receive occasional updates is optional and separate from submitting an enquiry. The enquiry form works whether or not you select that choice. You can withdraw your choice at any time by contacting us.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, provide requested services, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

OpenAI may keep Realtime API abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days under its current API data controls. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the account chooses to share it. Other service providers may keep service records for periods described in their own privacy terms.
